A modern, brand new family villa built in 2017, with 150 square meters of living space, on a 500 square metre garden, private pool and a beautiful sea view. The villa is located near Zadar, one of the great cities on the Adriatic coast also known as the "entertainment centre on the Adriatic". It is in the friendly village of Privlaka, at the tip of a peninsula, and is surrounded with beautiful sandy beaches, among the finest in Croatia. Along the sea there is a nice promenade path equally enticing for joggers and strollers. There are serious water sports on offer: windsurfing, scuba diving, kayaking and wild water rafting on the rapids of the Zrmanja river. Go off-road cycling through magical meadows, vineyards, or on coastal roads, the scenery is unforgettable. There are good shops, restaurants, cafes, seaside bars, bakeries and markets with fresh fish and local farm produce such as figs, grapes, juicy tomatoes and peppers. Just 1 km away is a charming town of Nin. You are also close to two nature parks near Privlaka, Vransko Jezero and Telascica Bay, with an amazing beach . Thera also four more national parks: Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Krka River Waterfalls and Kornati Islands, each one a good enough reason to visit Croatia.

Ground floor

Ground floor comprises of a sitting room, with a satellite TV, DVD and CD player, music player, WiFi, and a large L-shaped sofa which can be a pull-out bed for the 7th and 8th person. The well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and good tableware. A large dining table sits comfortably 8 people, and overlooks the pool. Laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board and there is a hair drier in every bedroom.

First floor

Three air-conditioned, double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms are on the first floor. All three bedrooms have a satellite TV, good bed linen, plenty of towels and access to a balcony with great sea views. barbecue.


The garden is well fenced and has a private swimming pool, 8 by 4 metres (1.5 metres deep). It is surrounded by 8 sun loungers, and 2 parasols. Pool towels are provided. Equipped with an outdoor summer kitchen, with a good barbecue.

Landmark castle
The small town of Vir is located on a small island of Vir which is linked to the nainland by a bridge at Privlaka, in the Zadar region of the Adriatic coast of Croatia. It is 26km north of Zadar. It comprises small holiday villas and several pebbly beaches, with very clear sea, great for swimming. Life on Vir is very slow and relaxing. There are several grocery shops, a market and some excellent restaurants, beach bars, cafes. Fish, sea food and home grown lamb are excellent. Traditionally it is a wine growing, farming and fishing area, and tourism has developed over the past 50 years. You can enjoy this sunny and tranquil beach heaven and take walks through olive grows, pine woods, picking figs growing wild along the way.The old part of the village is very beautiful, and has several churches from 12th and 13th century. Although small in size, Vir island boasts numerous sights. The most famous is certainly the Kastelina, a sixteenth-century fort built by Venetians as defence against Turks and local pirates. Visit the beach in Sapavac cove, near the Kastelina fort, where you can roll about in therapeutic mud, rinse in the sea and sleep the afternoon away under the shady pines. This is a great place for a family holiday, as close to the town there are numerous coves and beaches. A little further away, there is arguably the most beautiful beach, Duboka Draga (Deep Cove) in the northwest of the island. This beach is lined by spectacular red rocks, which are an amazing sight against the crystal-clear sea.The island and town of Vir is connected with the mainland by a small bridge, so it is very convenient for exploring further afield. Easily reached is the nearby old town of Nin, which has the world's smallest cathedral The Holy Cross Cathedral. Visit the beautiful main regional town of Zadar, or Krka waterfalls National park near Sibenik. Also the amazing Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica National park are within a scope of a day's trip.
