OVERVIEW

Villa Elfrida is a luxury large private family villa with heated pool near Dubrovnik, comprising nine double bedrooms suitable for eighteen people. Luxury Dubrovnik Villa Elfrida is made up of two modern, mirror image sister villas, Villa Elena and Villa Frieda. The large holiday home, 15km from Dubrovnik, has a hillside position and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Visit the famous old walled city with its beautiful cobbled squares, medieval palazzos and narrow streets where you will find gourmet restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes, markets, churches, art galleries and shops. After the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik return to relax in your peaceful, luxury private villa with two pools, two sitting rooms, two poolside bars and nine bedrooms. Villa Elena has five double bedrooms, one of which has two single beds, and Villa Frieda has four double bedrooms. In total, Luxury Dubrovnik Villa Elfrida comprises 780 square metres of living space and 1000 square metres outdoors.

Take a boat trip around the Dubrovnik islands, which will give you unforgettable experience of the Dubrovnik coast. Turn westwards and meander through the vineyards of the Peljesac peninsula, swimming on wild sandy and pebbly beaches, visit numerous vineries which make the famous local red wine Dingach. There are many small coastal villages with superb seafood restaurants along the way, notably the ones in Ston and Mali Ston. Outdoor activities in the area are boating, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kiting, cycling, hiking, horse riding and many more. 

Luxury private Villa Elfrida is arranged on three floors: first, the ground floor dedicated to wellness and socialising, with one double bedroom as well. The first floor has living areas with large south facing terraces and the second floor comprises eight double ensuite bedrooms. There is WiFi and air-conditioning throughout and several cars can park outside.

ACCOMMODATION

Second floor in each villa

On the top (second) floor in each villa, there are four excellent, air-conditioned double bedrooms with super king-size double beds, desks and TV sets and private shower rooms. The views of the sea and islands are unforgettable. Excellent bedlinen and towels are provided.  

First floor in each villa

The first floor in each villa has a fantastic, open plan, air-conditioned living room with access to a wonderful south terrace overlooking the sea. On the south facing terraces you will spend sunny mornings and wonderful sunsets while barbecuing and dining outside in balmy summer nights.  You can recline on the top quality sofas and armchairs of an outdoor lounge. The sitting rooms of both villas have two sofas and more chairs and a TV set. The bright dining area has a table for up to 10 people and there is a sleek, well equipped kitchen. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, wine cooler, excellent cooking utensils and tableware, and an island with an electric hob and a sink. Everywhere from the living room there are unforgettable views of the sea.  

A guest toilet is also on the first floor. The villa provides iron, ironing board, washing machine, and a hairdryer.

Ground floor in each villa

The ground floor is perfectly equipped with sauna, Jacuzzi, shower room with toilet and a private bar for refreshments and socialising. This all opens out onto a pool terrace with a heated, infinity pool, sun loungers, parasols and pool shower.  Pool towels are provided. One of the villas, Villa Elena also has a double bedroom with ensuite shower on the ground floor.
