Overview
Villa on the beach - just on the path along the sea and a few metres from a sandy bay. It has been recently built, with the idea of providing modern comfort with simple, coastal style of furnishing, beach access and even a small private pool to come back to after the day's activities are done. Outdoor cooking and socialising will be easy, as there is a barbecue and garden furniture with dining table so that the whole group can sit together outside and enjoy the sea views. The villa is part of a block of 5 very similar houses and so a very large family group including several generations and numerous relatives can be accommodated. The villa is very airy, spacious (140 square metres) and comfortable, fully equipped. You can explore numerous stunning beaches, fishing villages, some amazing towns like Zadar, Sibenik, Primosten even Split. Also very high on the favourite list are the national parks of Krka Waterfalls, Paklenica, Plitvice, Kornati and Velebit. Children will enjoy gentle activities of swimming in the sea, snorkelling and building sandcastles. The food is delicious and it is such a friendly area.
Accommodation
The three story villa is fully air-conditioned and heated. There are two parking spaces for cars.
Ground floor
The ground floor living room has two sofas and two armchairs, a TV set and WiFi connection. It is flowing into the sleek kitchen, equipped with an electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and new tableware. The dining table is set up to sit 8 people. Downstairs is a separate toilet. The villa has cool white tiled flooring throughout and plenty of windows to benefit from the close sea. From the sitting room you enter a fenced garden with a heated pool.
First floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and heated. A double bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite shower room and a sea facing balcony. Two further bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom, share a shower room which also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, hair drier and towels are provided.
Second floor
Second floor consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a sea facing balcony.
Outside
The paved garden has a heated pool, (16 square metres) is fenced and looks over the beach. Four wooden deck chairs, a sun umbrella, four armchairs and a BBQ grill, an outdoor table and chairs are provided for outside dining.
