This villa has been recently built in the style of Istrian farmhouses with covered terraces. It is located in a small village about 8km from the charming small town of Svetvincenat and about 30km from Pula airport. The accommodation comprises of 180 square metres of living space and is arranged on two levels. The interior is bright and stylish, using natural local materials and good quality lighting. In the 800 square metres of garden there is an attractive swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The whole of the ground floor has a feeling of space, openness and light tastefully decorated with modern pictures. A spacious sitting room has a nice view over the garden and pool. Stylish mushroom colour sofas provide ample sitting area, and a large French doorway opens out onto an outdoor terrace with a dining table. In the sitting room there is a LCD satellite TV/DVD player, a music centre, a Nintendo Wii console player and free internet. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware. The dining table can sit eight and a child chair is provided. This floor also has one air conditioned double bedroom and bathroom and a sauna.

A beautiful stone staircase leads upstairs where there are two bedrooms with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed plus two shower rooms. Wood floors and white beamed high ceilings make the bedrooms very relaxing. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside cabinets with night lamps, LCD satellite TVs and a/c units. All the bed linen and towels are provided. A large walled balcony has a dining table for eight people and a pleasant view over the garden and pool and the countryside beyond.

OUTSIDE

The garden

The garden is surrounded by a stone wall and a line of cypress trees, giving it security and privacy. Beautiful stone work of the garden wall is a pleasure to look at and is done in the dry stone wall tradition of Istrian countryside. The garden is mainly lawn, and is on two levels; a few stone steps lead to the secluded pool section of the garden. The garden is planted with many Mediterranean plants and bushes grow. There is also a barbecue and out door eating area.

The pool is 8m x 4m and 1.2m - 1.4m deep. The space around the pool has a large stone paved sunbathing area and also a wood deck area with sun beds and pool towels provided.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Parking - there is parking for three cars in the garden
• Pets - up to two dogs are admitted.
• Beaches and interesting towns and villages are within 30 minutes drive

BOATING

Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Sunday to Sunday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €200 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
