The Beach Villa is a spacious and airy modern villa with direct access to the beach composed of sand and small pebbles. It is located on the Northern Dalmatian island of Pag known for miles of its sandy and pebbly beaches with incredibly clear and warm, almost Caribbean-like sea. The villa is surrounded by 2500 sqm of garden which feels like an extension of the beach outside, filled with grasses and plants that thrive on dry ground. It is a quiet location with just a handful of similar houses in the vicinity. The island of Pag is famous for its sandy beaches, its excellent cheese, hand made lace and the abundant scented wild herbs such as sage and thyme, growing in the fields and on the cliff tops.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa extends over 230 sqm of floor area. The open plan sitting and dining area is decorated in shades of aqua and sand, with quality Italian tiles and blue shutters. From the sitting room you walk out onto the terrace overlooking the beach. There is ample seating for eight persons on sofas and chairs and satellite TV and DVD player are provided. The dining area has a modern table which can seat 8 – 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The four spacious double bedrooms (furnished with double or twin beds) all have en-suite bathrooms and balconies and are air-conditioned. Single and double mattresses have been specially made to be extra wide and supportive.
OUTSIDE
There is a large terrace around the house, including a shaded sitting area. The garden extends to 2,500sqm providing seclusion and privacy. There is direct access to beach down a few steps from the garden. There is ample car parking within the garden area

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Dogs and pets are permitted subject to prior approval.
- Once a week cleaning and changing of beds and towels is included in the price.
BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
