This villa has been recently built in the style of Istrian farmhouses with covered terraces. It is located in a small village about 8km from the charming small town of Svetvincenat and about 30km from Pula airport. The accommodation comprises of 180 square metres of living space and is arranged on two levels. The interior is bright and stylish, using natural local materials and good quality lighting. In the 800 square metres of garden there is an attractive swimming pool.
ACCOMMODATION
This villa has been recently built in the style of Istrian farmhouses with covered terraces. The warm pale cream façade and honey coloured stone elements are typical finishes. The accommodation comprises of 180 square metres of living space and is arranged on two levels. The interior is bright and stylish, using natural local materials and good quality lighting. In the 800 square metres of garden there is an attractive swimming pool, with easy Roman-style step access into the pool.
The terrace, barbecue and out door dining area
Ground Floor
The whole of the ground floor has a feeling of space, openness and light tastefully decorated with modern pictures and sand coloured floor tiles. A spacious sitting room has a nice view over the garden and pool. Stylish mushroom colour sofas provide ample sitting area, and a large French doorway opens out onto an outdoor terrace with a dining table and a stone barbecue. In the sitting room there is a LCD satellite TV/DVD player, a music centre, a Wii console player and free internet. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware. The dining table can sit eight and a child chair is provided. This floor also has one air conditioned double bedroom, a shower room and a sauna.

First Floor
A beautiful stone staircase leads upstairs where there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds plus two shower rooms beautifully tiled and furnished in white. Wooden floor, white furniture and white walls make the bedrooms calm and relaxing. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside cabinets with night lamps, LCD satellite TVs and a/c units. All the bed linen and towels are provided. The bedrooms have a pleasant view over the garden and pool.

OUTSIDE
The Garden
The garden is surrounded by a stone wall and a line of cypress trees, giving it security and privacy. Beautiful stone work of the garden wall is a pleasure to look at and is done in the dry stone wall tradition of Istrian countryside. The garden is mainly lawn, with many Mediterranean plants and bushes.

The Pool
The pool is 6m x 4m and 1.2 – 1.4 metres deep. The space around the pool has a large stone paved sunbathing area with sun beds and pool towels provided.
Terrace
A covered terrace has an outdoor dining table and a wood barbecue made from stone in traditional style.

BOATING

All prices are in euro (EUR) and for the whole villa based on Sunday to Sunday bookings. Tourist tax is included. A refundable damage deposit of €200 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
