This is a beautiful Dalmatian villa a few kilometres from Korcula town, comprising of 150 square metres of living space and built in 2008 in the traditional style of a Korcula fishermen’s cottage. All materials are natural local stone and wood and quality tiles. Doors, windows and shutters are beautifully crafted and hand made in wood. The villa has stunning views of the sea and yacht masts swaying in the summer breeze. It is just a short stroll to a sandy beach only 80 metres away from the house. The villa is in the old part of the village, studded with cute village homes surrounded by gardens. It is a quiet area, with very little passing traffic, since it is a no through road. Inside it is tastefully furnished and decorated, with nice details that suggest that you are unmistakeably close to the sea. With plenty of mod cons and showers, verandas for lazy drinks and watching the world ( boats) float by, this villa in a beautiful and quiet location is fit for a great vacation. Although it does not have a pool, three gorgeous sandy beaches and crystal clear sea are just a short walk away.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The large open plan kitchen/sitting room comprise of 70 square metres. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware. The dining table can sit 6-8 people. In the sitting area of the ground floor are sofa and chairs, TV/DVD player and a music player. WiFi is provided, but there are times when there is no reception. On this floor is also a double bedroom and a shower room. Air condition is in the living area and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom which also has a washing machine. All the bed linen and towels are included. The bedrooms have electric ceiling fans and windows overlooking the sea.

Garden contains Mediterranean shrubs, herbs and lemon and almond trees.
Terraces
In the front of the house is a 40 square metres of covered shady terrace with a full sea view, which has a large oak table for eight people dining outdoors. In addition, there is a lounge area on this terrace, with an outdoor sofa and armchairs. A second terrace to the side of the house gets its shade from a leafy fig tree under which is a chess table. Nearby in the garden are barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Parking is at the back of the house, where the main entrance to the house is situated.

BOATING
