Villa Sylvie is a modern, light and bright summer villa, comprising of 200 square metres of living space and 600 square metres of garden. Cool and light interiors with tiled floors provide a relaxed and easy summer living, with doors opening out onto terraces furnished with stylish outdoor sofas. A typical Istrian traditional outdoor kitchen is an additional feature of the garden, and contributes to the comfort of outdoor living. The villa is located in a small village near the sea, on a small and quiet country road. Wonderful beaches are just 2 km away, and busy and interesting town of Pula, also your nearest airport, is 20km away.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
At the entrance of the villa is a hall which leads into a large sitting room, tiled with cream tiles. The sitting room is simply but tastefully furnished with modern, white sofas and the entertainment equipment : Satellite TV/DVD player/music centre. The large floor to ceiling door opens out onto a covered terrace with cushioned sofas, great for reading your book and sipping coffee. The ground floor is open plan and flows into a spacious dining room and a very nice new, fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table can sit eight people. The kitchen is finished in pale colours and provides a cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All the plates and glassware are very tasteful and plentiful. A downstairs toilet and cloakroom are also off the hall on the ground floor.

A staircase leads from the open plan ground floor to the upstairs landing. Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms each with its own bathroom or shower room and a quality wood floor. They are newly furnished and supplied with stylish and good quality bed linen. One has a double bed and an additional single, whilst the second bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room. The third bedroom contains two twin beds. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. They overlook the garden and pool. All the bathrooms are tiled with high Italian tiles and furnished with plain white sanitary ware and large mirrors. Plenty of towels are provided for the guests.

Outdoor
The garden is good size and surrounded by a built wall. Its major feature is the mosaic swimming pool, 8 x 4 metres. Six pool sun loungers and several sun umbrellas are provided around the pool, and pool towels are provided. There is a wooden dining table and chairs by the pool for your al-fresco dining. The summer kitchen by the pool is completely equipped to cook in the open, all the kitchen equipment and cooking utensils are there. There is a barbecue in the garden.

There is parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

Pets are allowed subject to the owner’s approval.

BOATING
Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper. For more information visit our Charter page.
