Sukošan is a small town seven kilometres to the south east of Zadar located in the Zlatna Luka (Golden Harbour) bay. It is a popular tourist centre and a focal point for yachting due to the large Marina Dalmacija and it location as a good starting point for a sailing trip around the Kornato islands.
