Surf Villa Bol Apartments

Surf Villa Bol Apartments contains seven modern apartments, each of them a different style and capacity. The apartments benefit from sea views and proximity to many wonderful beaches along the Zlatni Rat promenade. The villa is only 700 metres from the village centre where there are cafes, restaurants and shops to enjoy.


All apartments are fully air conditioned and equipped with a LCD satellite TV and internet access. Each apartment is supplied with bed linen and towels and there is private parking within the grounds of the villa.

Apartment A (sleeps 2-4 people)

On the south side of the villa there are apartments with a spacious terrace providing unforgettable views towards Hvar Island. The interiors are luxuriously furnished and air conditioned, consisting of bathroom, bedroom with double bed, living room with two single beds of high comfort, LCD TV and satellite dish with a wide range of programs to suit every taste. The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and kettle. All plates, glasses and cutlery are provided.

Apartment B (sleeps 2-4 people)

On the west side of the villa are located more intimate air conditioned apartments with balconies. Kitchens are equipped with basic appliances, refrigerator, stove with two hotplates and a kettle. All plates, cutlery and glassware are provided. There is a bathroom with a shower, bedroom with a double bed and the living room where there is a sofa bed suitable for 2 children. The living area is equipped with LCD TV with satellite programs.

Apartment C (sleeps 4-6 people)

Apartment C is the most spacious apartment in Surf Villa Bol and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Inthe living room there is an LCD satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen appliances, dishwasher, plates, cutlery and glassware.


The apartments are set in a perfect beach side location with the promenade, beach and sea directly in front of the villa. Guests can stroll along the beach, relax on the terrace or visit many of the neighbouring beaches. With the village centre just 300 metres away it is easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.

On the southern side of the island of Brac, Bol has examples of 15th and 17th century architecture but is best known for its famous beach, Zlatni Rat, or Golden Horn, a shingle spit stretching out over 600 metres into the sea. A focal point for water sports, Bol offers opportunities for scuba diving, wind surfing,. A delightful promenade shaded by pine trees runs from Bol town to the Golden Horn beachBol is a lively tourist centre with a charming old town around the harbour. Bol is arguably the most beautiful town on the magical island of Brac. Stone cottages, village squares and palazzos surround the harbour and a small marina. Further along the promenade world class new villas nestle close to one of the most famous beaches in the world, Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn). Bol has many other beaches and a very vibrant day and night life. Numerous cafes and restaurants line the harbour and can be found in the narrow streets of the old town. In summer, there are art shows, concerts, theatres and sporting events, as well as discos and nightclubs. Bol is ideal for sporty types and you can play mini football, volleyball, basketball, hire bikes, go hiking and free climbing. Bol is famous for water sports like scuba diving and windsurfing , paragliding, wake boarding and being towed behind speedboats on inflatable donuts and bananas and much more. It is a windsurfing paradise. For the fittest, there is a trip up the mountain Vidova Gora to visit the monastery and the Dragon's cave.

Island of Brac

The simplest connection to the island is to fly to Split and take the regular ferry crossings from Split ferry port to Supetar on Brac. The ferry port is a 25 minute drive from Split Airport. The ferry (car or foot passenger) takes 45 minutes and there are regular crossings during the summer. A bus service from Split Airport to the ferry port in Split is also available.

The ferry timetable for the Jadrolinija line from Split to Supetar on the island of Brac can be found on the Jadrolinija website. Cars can be hired at Split Airport. They can also be hired on arrival at Supetar from local firm MB Renta on the harbour front. Scooters and bicycles can also be rented. The local bus company, Autotrans runs buses several times a day between the principal towns on the island. Timetables can be found on the Autotrans website.

There is also a regular car ferry service from Makarska on the mainland directly to Sumartin at the south east end of the island (see Jadrolinija website for sailing schedule and prices). This crossing is convenient if arriving from the direction of Dubrovnik. There is also a passenger ferry service to Brac running four days a week from Split directly to the town of Milna. Brac has its own small airport near the town of Bol. Light aircraft can fly into this airport and there are connections from Split Airport. Information on the Brac airport website.

If travelling to Brac from the Dubrovnik direction it is preferable to take the ferry crossing from Makarska to Sumartin. The service is less frequent than the Split/Supetar crossing and it is essential to check the timetable on the Jadrolinija website.

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 20 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split.
